Please read these Terms & Conditions as they affect your rights and responsibilities in law. If they are not acceptable to you please do not use our website, order products from us or use our services.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
Products and Services
Buyer/You the person or business who purchase the goods or services from the charity
Charity/We, Foresight (Reg. Charity No. 279160 ), 21 Sevier Street, St. Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9LB, which is our registered office trading address.
Goods – any goods supplied to the Buyer by Foresight, such as Supplements
Services – any services supplied to the Buyer by Foresight, such as Hair Mineral Analysis
1.2 Singular words include the plural and vice versa.
1.3 Reference to gender covers both genders.
1.4 The Site is intended for use by persons or business resident in the United Kingdom and most countries outside of the UK, Customs permitting.
1.5 The Site is available free of charge for personal and business use.
2 Product Terms
2.1 Orders and Availability
2.1 Orders placed and purchases made are governed as follows:
2.1.1 All prices shown are retail selling prices inclusive of value added tax unless otherwise stated.
2.1.2 All prices are subject to change without notice being given.
2.1.3 Should we not be able to supply an item for a reason beyond our control we will not accept liability.
2.1.4 Placing an order does not necessarily mean we will fulfil it. Only when we invoice and dispatch the Goods is the Contract between the Buyer and Foresight acknowledged and confirmed.
2.2 Delivery will be made to the address given when placing your order.
2.3 Depending on the size and value of the order it will be dispatched either by Royal Mail first or second class post or via Parcelforce (mainly larger orders and to some international addresses). If any item is out of stock, the product cannot be purchased via the website, but may be available to put on back order and sent out as soon as it is back in stock. Please contact us to put an item on back order (payment required at time of back order) and/or to find out when it may be back in stock.
2.4 Under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched on the day the order is received. Items sent via Parcelforce will need to be dispatched by 1 pm otherwise dispatch will roll over to the next working day. No orders are dispatched on Fridays or over the weekend as the Charity does not currently operate on these days.
2.3 Delivery Charges
2.3.1 Carriage charges to UK mainland destination and Northern Ireland are as follows:
Orders under £25 postage and packaging is £2.00
Orders over £25 postage and packaging is free, delivered first class via Royal Mail.
2.3.2 Orders for overseas destinations will be charged at cost price. This is usually based on a tracked service where possible. However should you prefer to select a cheaper, non-tracked service, we will not be held liable for any non-receipt of or loss of Goods.
2.3.3 If Royal Mail or any other courier used fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full or it is beyond our control, we will not be held liable. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss.
2.4.1 Goods may be returned, provided you contact the Charity prior to returning, as soon as possible (ideally within 3 working days of receipt). You can advise us by telephone (01483 869944) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) beforehand. Only Goods that have not been opened can be returned. Please also read our Returns and Refunds page for full details of our Returns Policy.
2.5 Damaged Items
2.5.1 Any items damaged must be notified within 48 hours of receipt (see 2.4 for telephone or email).
2.6 Cancelling your order
2.6.1 An order may be subject to cancellation or changed by sending an e-mail or by telephone (see 2.4.1). If the order has been processed and dispatched you will need to return it to us for full credit less cost of carriage.
2.7 Online payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch or Delta or via PayPal – all in pounds sterling. You will be charged for any Goods at the point of order. Our liability to you relating to any order will not exceed the total value for the particular goods.

4 Services Terms
4.1 Any recommendations made following hair mineral analysis tests are only valid for between 4 to 6 months following the test. Should you continue to take your recommended supplements beyond 4 months without taking advice, or in different dosages than the ones advised, this is done entirely at your own risk.
4.2 For full terms relating to services provided by the Charity, such as Hair Mineral Analysis or Nutritional Assessments, please refer to the relevant website page and/or guidance notes relating to that service and/or contact us for further information.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and will publish these on our site as they occur and apply from the day of publication.
6 Site Availability
6.1 Foresight endeavours to offer the best possible service. Nonetheless it cannot guarantee that the service will always be without fault or meet all your needs. Should a fault occur we would be grateful if you report it to us by telephone (01275 878953) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
6.2 Site access may not always be available as a result of maintenance or updates to the sites.
7 Foresight’s Liability
7.1 Foresight provides the Site (www.foresight-preconception.org.uk) without any warranties or guarantees. The risks associated with use of the Internet shall be borne by you.
7.2 If material from other Internet sites is used on our Site or when opinions are expressed or information provided in the form of blogs from ‘guest bloggers’ (independent associates of Foresight) on our website, we try to ensure this material is of good quality, reputable, referenced and is within the law, but we cannot be held responsible if this proves not to be the case. Please also read point 7.2 under ‘Disclaimers’ below for more on this subject.
7.3 Neither can we be held responsible for any technical problems experienced with the Site and we disclaim all liabilities where your equipment links are incompatible or interruptions or errors due to technical problems occur.
7.4 You also accept that we cannot be held responsible to you or any third party for any incidental damage or considerable loss of revenue that are concerned with the Site insofar as applicable law allows.
