If for any reason you have to return goods, please notify us before posting the goods back to us. Please include with your returned goods your full name and address, invoice and customer reference number if possible. Please refer to the bottom of this page for our contact details.
Any returns of unopened supplements must be by prior agreement only, on a case by case basis. Please note, Foresight will not accept returns for unopened products bought over 30 days prior.
If your goods have arrived and you believe there are missing items, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 3 working days of receiving your order) and we will be happy to assist.
If your goods arrived damaged or there is a discrepancy, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 3 working days of receiving the goods), and we will either exchange, replace or refund them, whichever is your preference. Please refer to the bottom of this page for our contact details.
We can only provide a refund for goods that are damaged. If you are not satisfied with your products for any other reason, please get in touch with us to discuss.
